Habits Freeze. (3 months)
I’m freezing my daily habits for now. Because I’ve been changing them up too often.
I’ll list my daily habits here and stick to them for exactly 3 months, without making any changes. I believe that I will probably stick to these habits even after those 3 months, but time will tell. At the very least, I’ll give them 3 good months of dedication.
I’ll also not list the exact daily metrics used, as they are allowed to be changed within reason. So here we go:
Social.
Work.
Diet.
Walk.
Yoga.
So I’ll stick with them till: Tuesday, 23 April 2024.
